Arc Design Tiny Homes can partner with you in partial construction of your new Tiny Home. We have a range of options to suit your needs, budget and skill set to complete the project. This is possible in our Double Loft and Single Floor models. There is no greater satisfaction in being part of the DIY journey in constructing, painting, managing part of your own home.

 

Different Completion Levels Available

 

Framed Up - Fully framed with plywood subfloor, internal framing, roof installed and exterior walls wrapped and cladded (Colorbond colour of your choice), with windows and doors installed (based on your colour choice), ready for our customer to complete their own internal fit-out. Your Tiny House will be waterproof so can be completed anywhere, and without the interior can be towed by a 4WD / Ute with capacity of 3.2 Tonne - Starting from $50,000 inc GST

 

 

Framed Up Plus - Fully framed with plywood subfloor, internal framing, roof installed and exterior walls wrapped and cladded (Colorbond colour of your choice), with windows and doors installed (based on your colour choice), including plumbing and electrical rough in, ready for customer to complete their own internal fit-out. Your Tiny House will be waterproof so can be completed anywhere, and without the interior can be towed by a 4WD / Ute with capacity of 3.2 Tonne - From $58,000 inc GST
